It all depends how much USA offers in technology transfer without conditions and also stop supporting Pakistan with arms on the name of fighting terrorism but used against India.
The visit of obama was historical visit it will create strong corporate, political,external affairs, defense relationship between Indian and USA. it would help for both Indian companies as well as USA companies to grow and expand own business and create jobs for unemployment. it will also help India to find permanent member in UN security council and complete the further process of INDO-US nuclear deal and fight against terrorism together.........
